$125 for double occupancy. $20 for third person
Thoroughbred racing season $169 on Sunday - Thursday. $199 on Friday
and Saturday. Weekends require a 2 night minimum.
Travers weekend requires a 3 night minimum at the $199 rate.

- Gift Certificates are

- Breakfast is served at
8:30AM unless other arrangements are made the evening before

| Reservations |
|
- Reservations are
guaranteed if a deposit is received within seven days after making
your reservations.
- One or two night stays
require a full deposit. Three or more nights require the first two
nights or 50%, whichever is greater.

| Cancellations |
|
Seven days notice of a
cancellation will guarantee your full refund. Last minute cancellations
will be refunded if we can rent the room again for the entire reserved
period.

We accept cash, personal
checks or travelers checks. Balance is payable upon check in.
